Amplitude to Hubspot Sync

Hi, I am looking to integrate to hubspot using cohorts sync but I keep getting a permission error while doing so - saying that i do not have the right scopes. We have one sync created in a dev account but need help to get it to our actual production account

Average of ROLLWIN for a specific duration

I want to highlight the MAU for last week. Now, currently I do it by checking the MAU for the period of last 30 days, with the offset of 7 days. So it basically tells me the rolling average MAU for the day that was 7 days ago.What I want here is that I want the ROLLWIN for each of the 7 days of last week - and an average of that (Sum of ROLLWIN for 7 days / 7). This will essentially give me a single number which kind of covers all the 7 days in a single metric. Is there a way to solve it that way?This is needed as I want to compare MAU performance of last week and last to last week. Hope I was able to explain the situation.

SDK Cross Domain Tracking: DeviceId and Deindexed Pages

Hi everyone!Wanted to ask if anyone else is having this issue and how you solved for it. We have SDK cross domain tracking on for now + canonicals in our content. Googlebot has deindexed some of our pages due to the url being appended with the deviceId. To be clear, those pages are deindexed since Google sees them as their own page.Has anyone else experienced this (you can see it in Google Search Console) and what was your solution?Thanks

Experiment Assignment and Exposure discrepancies

We have recently integrated Amplitude analytics and have more recently been testing Amplitude Experiments on our website. For our first test experiment, the ratio between assignment and exposure is roughly 2:1, so there is double the amount of assignments as there is exposures and we don’t know why that is?We also checked in Pathfinder and could see the following problem: Sometimes exposures seem to occur before the assignment event, is that an issue?  We included the Amplitude browser and experiment sdks via the npm modules @amplitude/experiment-js-client and @amplitude/analytics-browser We then initialize the experiment sdk like so: private _experiment = Experiment.initializeWithAmplitudeAnalytics( environment.amplitudeDeploymentKey, { fetchOnStart: true } );as well as the browser SDK:amplitude.init(environment.amplitudeApiKey, { defaultTracking: true });and here is the code that checks the variant with additional experiment.start() call just in case: hasVariantValue( exp

Funnel Analysis no longer shows the conversion or dropoff at each step when hovering on a step

It looks like the funnel analysis UI was recently changed and now only shows conversion from the first step. It no longer shows conversion from the previous step when you hover over a given step. Does anyone know if there is a way to get back the old functionality??This is a mind-boggling change to me. Such a horrendous reduction in functionality.

Cross Domain Tracking with GTM and Flutter + UTM data

Hi all, We have installed Amplitude on our Webflow website example.com via GTM. We have installed Amplitude on our Flutter web-app App.example.com via the Flutter SDK. The get UTM info, our dev team added the UTM tracking option to the Javascript script in the index.html file. They enabled the following options:includeFbclid includeGclid includeReferrer includeUtmWe can verify the UTM $identify event is now being fired. One important reason for us to use Amplitude is the ability to track visitors & users across our website and web-app. Example scenario: a visitor visits Example.com and clicks the button "Start for Free". This brings them to the web-app App.example.com where they create an account and start using our app. At the moment, the website and web-app return very different IDs for the same person on the website vs. web-app.  From documentation & other community posts, I learned that when we pass the device_id when people click from our website example.com to our web app

Cross Domain/Sub Domain Tracking with Flutter Web

What is the proper way to track users that navigate from a domain to a sub domain using Flutter web?My company has a Webflow landing page (www.example.com) and a Flutter web application page (app.example.com). We’ve added Amplitude to each of them and can successfully track users on the separate domains. The issue occurs when we send users from the Webflow landing page to our web app. When this happens, a new device ID is generated and it appears as if there are two separate users.I’ve seen this article on setting up cross domain tracking but the language seems specific to “cross domain” tracking. Will the steps in this article work for subdomain tracking? On a similar note, the Amplitude SDK for Flutter does not have a “deviceId” property in the init() method so I’m wondering what the correct steps are on Flutter Web.Thanks! Other links:Flutter Web Usage amplitude_flutter

Textbox with a single number calculated LIVE from the data source

I have been creating singular text boxes in Looker Studio using BQ data. This data is updated live with the BQ data and has specific date ranges set on it, for eg: last week or last to last week date range.I want to know how can I create such single data point text boxes with defined time ranges - which will give me a visibility on what my static metric is for any period of time. I will use this to create a dashboard for my team where they can see how any metric has been performing for different periods. Graphs for this type of analysis with multiple data points become too cluttered.

Tracking screen view on mobile

Hi all, I’m looking for some best practice to track screen views. My goal is to create a funnel to understand how many people begin the onboarding on ScreenA and finish it to ScreenE, the drop off rate, and things like this. Should I simply log a “screen_view” event and then add some property like “name → ScreenA”?Would I be able to filter events using that property then? Thank you

ERROR: Build failed because AmplitudeSwift.swiftmodule is not built for arm64

Hello, I get this error in Xcode when I try to run my project. I added Amplitude Swift as SPM. I’m on MacBook Pro with M3 Pro.  Amplitude is the only package (out of many) that fails. I can only run it successfully with Rosetta. How should I fix this?Thank you!

Ampli Status Skip Event Implementation Check

Hey there Our team has been working with Ampli for a little while and we’d like to set up some Github Actions to ensure we’re on the latest version. The recommended command to do this is:ampli status --is-latestWhile this does check the latest ampli version it also checks that every event has been implemented - failing if not. Is there a way to only check that ampli is on the latest version without also checking that every event is utilized? Our team is uses ampli for type safety but is not concerned with unused events. Thanks

Funnel Chart: How can you restrict Historical Count to a session?

I want to build a funnel chart analysis restricted to whether it's the first time a user has seen an event within a session, and then a comparative analysis where it's not the first time a user has seen an event within a session. As an example to illustrate what I'm trying to achieve: My current analysis looks at a user journey on a travel booking website and at the funnel of users booking hotels. I have an event property: Hotel ID that can tell me which hotel because users often start/finalise booking different hotels within a session (Hotel ID1, Hotel ID2, Hotel ID3, etc).So for my standard funnel analysis I hold the HotelID property constant so I can examine the booking funnel for each user/unique hotel combination. But now I want to explore the impacts of being the first hotel a user views, vs another later in the visit. So I want to create two funnels. The first, to look at the conversion for only the first Hotel the user enters the funnel for within a session. The second, to look

Hi, We have implemented amplitude to track sign-ups and some activities on our application>We want to know where these users came from to download our app...So we do Google Ads and run some Facebook campaigns. Schedule event for blocking

In the documentation for event blocking, there is Schedule for blocking option available:https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/16805784778907-Remove-invalid-or-incorrect-data#h_01H910H0FCQXH33WD4VAAE7FCRHowever, I cannot seem to find this option in the UI. Sync cohorts to hubspot sometimes partially sending

Hi Guys, I’m having a weird issue here. What I am trying to achieve is that when users sign up to our app they trigger a `sign up` event, using this I gather them up into a cohort called `New Users` and periodically sync that to hubspot. But when I sync it, it creates a list but doesn’t send these users. On the history tab of the sync it says 0 users sent. Why is that?Also to test it out I tried syncing the `New Users in the last 30 day` cohort (provided by default), and from around ~161 it only synced 13 users. In my destination configuration, I chose email for both hubspot and amplitude identifiers.Could someone help me out?Thanks

How to easily exclude session replay recording that starts on certain paths?

Like most products, we get a ton of sign up page views, that don’t result in anyone signing up.I want to exclude those from session replay recording. What is the best way to do that, to only start recording after sign up has been completed or after some point after sign up has been completed? It's not clear to me how to accomplish this without needing to add manual toggling of this in our codebase for session replay with `amplitude.add('sessionReplayTracking')` and `amplitude.remove('sessionReplayTracking')`I would've expected an easier way to do this like with auto event capture: specifying some rules on paths that recording should not begin if a session starts there.Am i missing something?

I want to prepare a visualization for my product team in Amplitude Dashboard that shows when user created their first product grouped by customer id?For this purpose, I am tracking say, “PRODUCT_CREATED” event which sends customer id attribute for me to group id.That problem is I am only interested in first event for each customer id so that my product team can see how many customers have created at least one product.Do you know how to go about creating such chart?

Marketo "redirects" causing attribution issues

I figured someone here might have experience with this and know what to do:We are using Marketo to email customers and link them to our websites. Marketo requires a unique subdomain (“CNAME”) for email tracking links that is distinct from any of our actual subdomains. For example, our Marketo landing pages are on “go.oursite.com,” and the Marketo email links use “info.oursite.com.” Note that there is no actual content on the “info” subdomain -- it only appears in these email links.We have UTM codes on all of these links, but they’re not currently being picked up by Amplitude at all. It seems that because “go” and “info” both look like they’re both subdomains of “oursite.com”, Amplitude is suppressing all attribution information from these email links. We also link to other subdomains and are seeing the same issue on those, including our main “www.oursite.com” domain. If it makes a difference: we’re using Google Tag Manager for our implementation, with the Amplitude tag template. So, fo

Hello,I am interested in whether there is an option to disable/enable event tracking for a period of time without changing the tracking code?I have a use case where I have set up Amplitude JS tracking code in the page head tag on my website. Filter by "User ID" rather than IP.

Block Filter by "User ID" rather than IP. I want to block test account users from showing up in my amplitude data.  These accounts will not always have the same IP, but will have the same account ID.  (Test account to test prod environment).  I would like to filter out the events from this device but in [Data > Filters] it only lets me block by IP address, or block all user profiles with an id field which definitely isn't what I want. This feature seems like it should be quite easy, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it.
