I would like to find the unique users that do a specific event from 6PM in my time zone to 6PM in the next day.
I would like to know the unique user count that apply for consultation in our business day which is from 6PM to 6PM.

Amplitude’s event segmentation chart is limited to hourly granularity only for the past 7 days. Even the cohort feature doesn’t really have a clause to specify that time granularity to address your specific use case.
