Welcome to the Amplitude Community! We’re here to discuss Amplitude’s products in these categories, where you can search for answers, post questions, and overcome any roadblocks.To get started create an account. You can then:  Subscribe to the latest product updates, share product ideas,  help others, and become an Amp Champ! If you haven’t already, log in or create a profile, introduce yourself, and review our community terms and conditions. In addition to myself, your community manager, our Technical Support and Professional Services teams will be moderating content. How to submit a feature request to the Amplitude product team

If you’re already logged into Amplitude, we strongly encourage you to submit all of your product feature requests via our embedded request form in the Digital Customer Success Center. Follow this short video on how to submit feedback in-product.In the upper right corner of your Amplitude screen, click on (?) help widget  This will expand the Digital Customer Success Center module  Click on the “Contact us” CTA  Select “Feature Request” Select which Amplitude product your request applies to Fill in & submit the embedded feature request form This will automatically get submitted to Amplitude’s Productboard to be prioritized and impact sized for the product roadmap.  If you’re already in the Community, reading this post, then you can submit feature requests directly here as well. In community.amplitude.com, use the search bar to search on a key term related to your feature request Filter the results by Topic type = Idea Skim through existing feature requests to verify if your request

How can I access the Community?You have three options: Use your existing Amplitude login: If you’re a current Amplitude user and customer, you can use the same email and password for Amplitude Community as you do for the Amplitude Digital Analytics Platform. Click on the “Sign In” button above in the Community navigation. You may be prompted to authenticate with the same email and password you use for the Amplitude platform. You can then register for any course or video in one click.  Create a Community guest account: If you don’t have an Amplitude account, you may sign up for a Community guest account. Get a free Amplitude and Amplitude Academy account:  You can also start a free Amplitude account.  Once created, you can enjoy the benefit of single sign-on and use the same email and password to log into Amplitude, Amplitude Community, and the Amplitude Academy.
