Hi, I am on the free tier for now as my user base is < 200 people (just launched). I have found the session length reports and they are great, same for the daily active devices.
My question is: is there a way to create a chart that tracks the number of users per day that used my app for more than say, 5 minutes?
So DAU with a qualifier of session length > 5 minutes

Hi @ixnote ! Welcome to the Amplitude Community! 👋
At the current moment, there isn’t an out-of-the-box functionality that would represent a qualifier of session length > 5 minutes. That said, there are ways to get to this information such as instrumenting duration as an event property:
Thanks for reaching out here @ixnote I ran a quick search in the community and found this thread that might help. Please keep us posted as you make progress!

As Belinda said, there isn’t a native functionality for your use case. But you can extract cohort of users based on the time spent in your app over a given time period if that works for you.
This isn’t exactly the use case you want, but here’s the approach - creating a demo sessions chart like this - https://analytics.amplitude.com/demo/chart/new/0cwrdll and then extracting the cohort of users from the 0-5 mins bucket.
