Our team takes accessibility seriously and cannot adopt user-facing features without confirmation that they adhere to modern accessibility guidelines, especially WCAG 2.1 AA (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/)
I was unable to identify from Amplitude’s Academy course or documentation that the Guides and Surveys for Web (and future iOS/Android versions) were developed with accessibility in mind. Criteria includes but is not limited to:
- ability to easily understand content in a logical order, and complete key user flows with a Screen Reader
- verify no low contrast elements; text-to-background ratios meeting required minimums for WCAG
- ability to reach all actionable elements with a keyboard but no mouse on Web
Please consider if the documentation needs to be updated or additional accessibility requirements included in future product roadmaps for Guides and Surveys. Thank you!
