Hi, I want to create a chart that show the average number of an account property, for instance, average number of employees.

Have you checked out our Custom Formula section here? I took a quick look and I couldn’t find one that’s applicable but maybe you have more context than I do.
The only way I could think of is using our feature, Derived Properties, but it’s only available on our Growth & Enterprise plans.
