Country filter is not working properly

I am writing to ask about an issue. Basically we are trying to create a funnel to filter out some users, we are adding country filter to exclude some users of a specific region. But the users from that specific region is also showing up in the results. This is a critical issue setting our work back need a quick resolution on this.

For the funnel chart, filters applied via the Segmentation Module apply only to the first event.

So it could be the case the user signed up with country Pakistan, but started trial with country = Pakistan.

Also, the user profile shows the country property value resolved for the user’s latest event.
I would suggest doing some testing on these users by seeing their country property value on Sign Up event, Trial Started event and their latest event.
