We have same problem discussed in this topic:
But it seems no one is replying anymore. We want the initial_utm_source to be set only once and not be changed later. Our orgID is 164839 and projectID is 519847. And this is a user’s events that reproduce the problem: https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/cyberconnect/project/519847/search/amplitude_id%3D792167070259.

I have responded to your support ticket and would like to close the loop here as well. I have toggled on the override on the "initial_utm_source" for project ID 519847. This will prevent anonymous user property values from overriding existing user property values when a merge happens from our end.
