I’ve created a cohort of users who I want to interview for my product. However, when I select “Export CSV”, the resulting spreadsheet includes a list of user IDs, device names, IP address etc. but no email addresses. How can I get the email addresses of users in this cohort so that I can send them feedback requests?

A cohort export will download the list of all user IDs along with the available custom user properties.
If you aren’t tracking the user email as a custom user property in Amplitude, then it won’t be listed in the cohort export.
