Can you limit the columns in a Cohort Export?

Hi, I was wondering if (for security reasons) we could limit the columns that are available for exporting when using the Cohort tool, I mean, let’s say I want to prevent users in my project from massively downloading certain user property for PII protection, is this possible?

Greetings :)

Hey @eduardo.abreu

I don’t think that is supported right now. Cohort download/export will export all the available recent user property values as columns.

I can definitely see value in this as a potential data privacy feature for cohort export. Something which can be controlled on the user permission level or the user property level itself. I’d highly recommend submitting this as a feature request in here - https://community.amplitude.com/ideas for the @Product Team .

Hey @eduardo.abreu

I think this is possible, but via the Behavioral Cohorts API using the propKeys parameter.
