I created a chart that shows the number of users who are getting an error message on our site each day. I am trying to get a list of the userIDs that are getting this error but when I click the “Download Users” option in the popup that appears when I “click to inspect” on the graph, I get an empty file.
This is the popup:

Your csv download should contain a list of 3206 user ids ( as per your selected data point from Sept 16 ) and their user properties.
This could be some ongoing UI bug on their end. Did you try reaching out to support?
