Segment Events Missing Product Properties

I’m new to Amplitude. I started sending Segment order events into Amplitude and i’m seeing that all of the properties within the the ‘products’ object are not appearing. The other top-level properties are working fine. Some examples of the properties that are missing::

  • products.$.name
  • products.$.brand
  • products.$.price

Any ideas what’s going on?

Hey @aaronwayne , could be a number of things going on here. First these could be sent as group properties, instead of user properties, or maybe these have been hidden in the Govern section of the UI. I can have a better look at this, but could you please send me a private message with your org ID? Based on your email address, I cannot figure out which org you are part of.
