I need to programmatically access the event names that are in a chart that has been made with the UI. I’ve seen that the REST API for existing chart was not giving the event types in the response, is there any workaround to do this?

I don’t think this is supported via the existing chart endpoint. Querying this endpoint will just give you the charts results in the response without the event names.
I have seen this question asked quite a few times on this forum. Submitting this as a feature request might help get visibility to Amplitude’s Product Team - https://community.amplitude.com/ideas
