Hey there Ayon,
Thank you for reporting this!
Is it happening right now for you? Only today?
If yes - our team is aware of this and is actively working to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
Thank you for understanding and apologies for any inconveniences it caused!

Zhenia
Hello Zhenia,
Thanks for your quick reply.
We are facing this issue since last week.
Let me know if you need some more info on the same issue.
Thanks,
Ayon
Could you please provide your Org ID and Project ID and example (payloads) of a few events that you can see in Firebase but not in Amplitude?
thanks!
Hi Zhenia,
Please find the information below.
ORGINAZTION : UrbanYogi (Reverberation Tech Private Limited)
ORG URL : urbanyogi
ORG ID : 93459
ONE EXAMPLE USER : PgDLB1qF0fM1bmZARrl5PZcbv6j1
After 9:51:10 am IST, in amplitude we see no events being triggered. But in Firebase we have the events after that point of time.
The events available in the firebase are :
track_ended, session_initiated_event, first_session_initiated, wrapper_clicked, closed_after_mid_session_wrapper and some more.
Please find below the attached screenshots of both Firebase and Amplitude events. And this is in case of quite number of users.
Thanks!
Thank you for sending these over, it looks like for this device ID there are no events tracked after app enters the foreground. Would you be able to send us the payloads of these events that you see in Firebase?
We need a full raw payload of events that you attached as a screenshot in your Firebase entity but then payload Firebase<->Amplitude
Thanks!
