I have an event with some properties. When I see this event in the user look-up section I see properties : recommendation, to_profile, origin with associated values. But when i’m trying to build a chard I can’t find these properties. In the Data section these properties are shown as Planned.
Is it a problem, or is there a delay between the first appearance of the property and its appearance in the carts ?

You will have to approve and add these planned properties to your tracking plan for them to start showing up in chart dropdowns.

We add them before we start using them, but the problem resolved itself after a few hours
