Hi,
The “How long is the average session?” visualisation from my User Activity dashboard doesn’t show any data (all users, last 30 days). I got events from users in other dashboards. Any idea why this might be the case?

Hi
The User Sessions chart will only display data if you are sending a session ID with your events.
Can you check your event stream to verify if the Session ID is set as -1 or if it’s a valid session ID?
If it’s - 1, then all events will be considered as out-of-session events and won’t contribute to your session metrics. You can read more on tracking sessions here .
