Hey all,

we have just implemented Amplitude Accounts and am syncing seat size across from salesforce. I can break out retention curves by country but how would i that with seat size buckets? For example 2-5 seats, 6-10 seats, 11-25 seats etc. Otherwise the retention curve becomes a mess.

Do i make a new cohort for each bucket?

Thanks
Simon

Hi @Simon Hilton

How are you capturing the seat count? Is the user/group property captured as range value or the absolute seat count?

The easiest way would be to create separate segments based on the seat count condition or direct filter and use as seen in this demo retention chart https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/demo/chart/new/ie2458mu.

Hope this helps.
