Connect Search Console to Amplitude to track search queries

Hi,

For organic visitors, we would like to create a user property/event that contains the users search query (i.e. what they typed in Google) in Amplitude, so we can track how they behave on our platform. Is this possible (e.g., with a connection with Search Console)?

Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out here @randyOTR and excuse the delay. Were you able to make progress? It’s possible to capture and track the search queries of your organic visitors in Amplitude, but it would require some additional setup and data integration. Here are a few options and posts to help:

  • Query Parameter
  • Google Analytics Integration
  • Google Search Console API Integration
