Uploading data from S3 to database

1) We export data to S3 and it works, it's done according to the tutorial: https://www.docs.developers.amplitude.com/data/sources/amazon-s3/
It works and the data is uploading.

2) We have our PostgreSQL instance set up on an EC2 instance.
And here the questions arise:

How to upload data currently stored from S3 to the database?
Does he supervise the process of putting data into the database if new data appears in the S3 bucket?
