I am wanting to look at events done within certain time windows every week. (We’re a church and I’m looking for events done within a certain time frame every week.) Is it possible to look for event that only happen on Sundays from 10-11 and 11:30-12:30?

Hey @Andrew B

Currently, Amplitude doesn’t support hourly granularity when selecting time range for event occurrence

One approach would be looking at the event segmentation chart using the Hourly time selection and visually analyzing the events during the selected hour frame. The hourly frame is only limited to 7 day time interval at a time.

Another approach would be to use derived properties feature to extract the day/hour from event timestamp using the EVENT_HOUR_OF_DAY() function and then use this as an event property for your analysis. Here’s a demo chart using this approach.
Afaik, Derived properties is only available to enterprise customers and customers who have purchased the

Hope this helps.
