But I can’t find the way I export all merged Amplitude IDs Table using python API(or CSV file).

You can see merged users tables if you export data to warehouses https://www.docs.developers.amplitude.com/data/destinations/#warehouse
There is no option to export that information via Python API or CSV could you share your use case for that?
