Our company recently got Amplitude and even though there are only 3-4 users, the list of “recent charts” is getting out of hand. There are multiple edit versions of the same chart along with charts in drafts. How can I maintain the integrity of the charts I’ve made but still allow other users to manipulate the data on their own and keep the list orderly?

Recents will have the list of the charts that you have made edits to or new draft charts that you created recently. So ideally this is not the best place to find your saved content.
Either you can use the “Search” bar to find the content you want or organize the important charts in a Shared Space so that you can get the latest saved version of your charts.
