Customer.io integration

Hi!

I’ve been testing this integration and it worked for 1 hour and broke. No setting was changed. The integration was quite straightforward so I’m not sure what went wrong. The only problem might be that my customer.io account is using EU data center, but Amplitude keeps sending data to US endpoint. However Customer.io rep mentioned the data will be routed to EU endpoint automatically.

Correct @wenshaw  the way the integration works you need to map an Amplitude property to the Customer.io user ID. Here’s more information in our Developer Center on sending cohorts into Customer.io.

I realized it’s the issue with Mapping. If I choose a customer user property instead of Amplitude default User ID, then the issue occurs. However I want to use the user ids in our database as the Customer.io identifier. The user ids in our database are stored as a user property on Amplitude. Is there any way to achieve this?
