I can’t quite figure this out from the terms or documentation, but is it possible to go onto a Plus plan for a given period of time, such as when we anticipate a large volume of MTUs, and then fall back to Starter again?

Hi, Dave. There is a monthly subscription option for Plus. Simply cancel your subscription before the start of the next month and you will move back to Starter. Do you currently have an account on the Starter plan?

We’re currently on Starter (for my client in question) and hoping to look at Plus permanently, just taking a bit of convincing across the business as it’ll be a big jump in expense.
