Amplitude Hubspot Integration

Amplitude Hubspot Integration

HubSpot is now available as an Amplitude destination! This allows you to sync your Amplitude-built cohorts to your HubSpot contacts lists for targeting purposes.

Please contact your CSM if you are interested in using this integration, and check out the integration setup instructions here.

this doesn’t work for us - we get a 403:Forbidden error message and no one seems to have any suggestions as to how we can resolve 🤔

Thanks for posting here @issahpassionfruit. Somehow I missed your note. This is actually still in beta and unavailable on our Starter plan. If you’d like I can work to get this enabled for you.

@Jeremie Gluckman I am facing the same issue. Can you please get this enabled for us?

Sure thing @Akhil Lodha if you’re able to connect with your account manager or CSM they can get it enabled. I’ve also ping’d the team.

As a destination, this integration works really well.

But as a data source, it’s not good. I’ve been working on it with no success. As Hubspot sends all the data with user_id’s as “email”, and there’s no option to update this, a secondary flow is created for each user only for their Hubspot interactions.

@mert thanks for the feedback! Continued work on the HubSpot integration is on the roadmap, I’ll share this feedback with the team.

Hi @Jeremie Gluckman is it possible for us to use the Amplitude → Hubspot integration?

When we setup the sync from cohorts we initially get a success but then subsequently it fails and we get the error: The 'fields' field is required.

Please help!

Hi,

was testing this, works good. Used email to email integration and it populated the contacts,

But here: https://www.docs.developers.amplitude.com/data/destinations/hubspot-cohort/#cohorts-in-hubspot

It says:

After you send your Amplitude cohort to HubSpot, you can see it in the Contacts section of the HubSpot dashboard. Cohorts sent by Amplitude include a "amplitude_" prefix in the name.

I didn’t get any amplitude_ identifier…

And on that note, how to separate contacts in Hubspot based on the cohort they belong to, which identifier to use? Because we need different sequences for different cohorts of users
