Hi :)

I can't find an event property called "Benefit_Button_Type" anywhere. We created the same way as the others events that I have, but I cant filter it in data>properties and neither in the dashboards.

The strange thing is that I know it exists because I can see it in all the user streams (image).

Can you please advise on this case? Thank you.

Hi @Tere Cox

Can you set the filter to “Any Status” and see if your desired property is showing? If this new property is showing as “Unexpected”, you might need to add it to the tracking plan first to start querying in charts. You also need to check if by any chance the visibility status of this property is set to hidden or not.

So it’s neither showing as “unexpected” nor “hidden” under the Data filters.

The only other check would be to verify if that ingested property is in the same project as the one you are looking the Data Properties OR the classic Amplitude ingestion ↔ UI visibility delay.

Hi @Tere Cox

Were you able to find that property in your tracking plan?
