We have sent a property called "is_customer" to Segment, which can have a value of "true" or "false". However, some customers receive a value of "none" for this property. These same customers have the property correctly defined in the Mixpanel platform. We suspect that there may be an issue with communication between Segment and Amplitude. What can we do?
