Building a Dashboard for CS Leaders?


Anyone have some good template ideas for building a Dashboard for a CCO?

The Amplitude Template Gallery would be a good start to explore templates for exec level dashboards for various use cases.
For account specific usage dashboards for CS, we follow a templatized approach - create a dashboard for all key metrics you would like to visualize for an account and then use the account name as the dashboard template parameter. You can the plug in the account name for any specific account and generate the same dashboard views across your accounts.

Yah I think I’m just struggling to navigate how to find the right metrics I’m looking for.  

i want to see top features/events used - but when I go to Top Global Events, this is including things like the Home page and Logout screen and I can’t seem to figure out how to exclude and add in like the next 2 top events.

I want to see the top events per section of our product too not just overall top events b/c I think that usually is pulling in the most obvious stuff like homepage, logout screen, etc… 

I want to be able to quickly see at an aggregate level what are our Healthy Customers spending their time on and where are our Unhealthy users getting stuck. 

I appreciate the templates but not finding one that seems to fit my use case.  and for an Account Specific Dash (which I would love this and also be able to build certain Dashboards per CS Segment so they could filter to their own name to see their book of business)  would be perfect.  

Which specific templates would you recommend to use?

Got it.

IMO, this one should help - https://amplitude.com/templates/product-engagement-dashboard

But like most of the templates in that gallery, they aren’t one size fits all for the use case that you are targeting. You will have to choose you own business definition of Healthy Customers vs Unhealthy Customers and built out specific charts for the events you want.

Also,  Account Specific Dash would have to be built out in the same manner.
