Dear Support Team,
We have added surveys to our product and tested them internally. However, we encountered some bugs and unexpected behavior where surveys cannot be snoozed or dismissed even after users have completed them.
We have triple-checked the limits and settings of the surveys we created, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist us in resolving this?
