Facebook 2FA problem - can't connect data source

When I try to connect Facebook as a data source, it prompts me for 2FA authentication. When logging in to my personal Facebook account, I use the Code Generator found in the Facebook mobile app. However, the code in the mobile app does not work for the Business Manager 2FA.

There are no options for another way to authenticate, and trying to change my 2FA settings leads to the same 2FA prompt. I’ve opened several tickets with Facebook about this but have had not success in fixing it.

Hi @bgolden126 ,

 

I know you can send cohort data to Facebook. Is this what you are trying to achieve? If so, can you please ensure you have a business Facebook account, accept the terms and conditions and follow the article to the letter? Other than that, this unfortunately seems like a 2FA issue with Facebook which we would not have control over and you would need to try and keep contacting them. However, if it is Amplitude specific and I have misunderstood, please let me know. Thank you!
