Where to set min id length for user_id?

Hi there,

We’re in the process of instrumenting Segment -> Amplitude and we’re having an issue with the min user_id length requirement on the Amplitude side. I came across this post from Jeremie where you can set the min user_id length within the Segment UI, but I’m unsure where this input is located. 

Can someone from Amplitude provide guidance on where to set this in Segment? For context, we’re using the Amplitude Actions destination.

Hi @Will D 

I’m not too familiar with the Segment UI, but from the docs it looks like you will have to set up a destination action and then configure the Map User action to set up Minimum ID Length.
