Hello, 
 Q1 : I’m struggling with updating user properties for our users using csv file 
we made a test on a single user on our production project. 

In the bellow attached photo is the row that have been uploaded into amplitude from sources > Csv file 
 

the ID is for an actual user on our data base 
and we mapped our user id in the table with the amplitude property (User ID)

After doing these steps we couldn’t notice any change on the user from user lookup. what are the right steps to update our user properties using csv?
