Hi there,
I was investigating an issue reported by two shared customers. I followed https://www.docs.developers.amplitude.com/data/destinations/customerio/, but regardless of what payload I use (the default one, or a customize with a random id and data), the test data does not pass through. Production data does not seem to work either (probably for the same reason).
Please help.
