New events shows in "User Look-Up" but not in "Segmentation"

Hi everyone! 

So, i added a new event and in the “User Look-Up” list i can see the event but when i go to the “Segmentation” the event doesn’t appear on the list of events.

 

Could you help me, please?

Thanks for posting here @DiogoVenancio I found a few topics where folks are experiencing issues with user look up. There’s also this help center article - link. Let me know if you’re able to make progress, and if not I’ll loop in other members of the team.
