I would like to find out what the issue could be that I am experiencing, and, if possible, how do I go about correcting the issue.
The issue:
Whenever I download a cohort, there are always blank user properties for a bunch of users. This doesn’t apply to all users, as some users have all properties showing, while some only have a few blanks, and others have a whole lot missing.
The following columns have blanks for users: user id, carrier, city, country, device, device type, dma, language, os, version, as well as other geographic and app properties.
Could it possibly be related to users denying permissions such as cookies and location access?
