From what we understand, you are seeing missing Install/Uninstall events from a mobile attribution partner.
We recommend you read through this FAQ on troubleshooting missing mobile attribution events in detail first: https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051234592
Once you've finished reading and can confirm that:
1) 200 responses are received for your mobile attribution events,
2) Project event limits are not reached,
3) Events/properties are not blocked or deleted,
4) You are tracking and sending in advertising ids on both your attribution and non-attribution events, and
5) You are sending in non-attribution events within 72 hours of the attribution events,
