Measuring resolution time

Hi all! 

We’re a facing a challenge: we’d love to measure the resolution time of booking requests per customers but don’t know how to bind booking IDs to events.

For this we plan to measure 2 major events - when the request_made and request_resolved.

One user can have multiple booking request. Each booking request has a Booking ID

In order to measure booking request resoltuion time, we’re thinking of binding Booking ID somehow to these events - but I wondered : is that possible?

Can we bind IDs to events? 

Or is there any other suggestion how to measure such thing?

We’d love to make sure that we properly measure the resolution time per user.
