Hello, I’m new to Amplitude and want to create a chart to see which events are mostly triggered by my returning users. Can you please navigate me with this?

Hi @Palina Chernavtseva

Once you have your returning users segment defined, you can plug this in your event segmentation chart and choose the “Top Events for Segment”. e.g.https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/demo/chart/new/ut2f810n

Hope this helps.

You can do this by creating a retention analysis chart in Amplitude. Set the returning user condition based on a specific event and compare it to the events they trigger afterward. Another way is using the funnel analysis to see which events are most common among returning users. If you need more flexibility, segment users by first-time vs. returning and check event trends.
