Hi, community!

We've recently added event properties from our web application to Amplitude using Browser SDK. I've noticed that these event properties show correctly in the User Lookup and the Amplitude Chrome extension. However, when I attempt to create charts filtered by a specific property, I can't see the values that are visible in the User Lookup and the Chrome extension.

I've ensured that I've enabled all these events and properties in my tracking plan.

Here are some details:

  1. We initially used Amplitude for one website (referred to as "the first website").
  2. As we expanded, we launched a platform where we track the same events. This platform has multiple domains and partners. We're using the same Amplitude API key to have unified analytics for all the websites we manage.
  3. To differentiate between partners, we started using event properties. When a page loads, we send an event called "open page name" and include a property "Partner name" to determine the source.
  4. However, on the first website, we still have the same events (like "open page name"), but without the properties.

There's also a notable difference in our setup between the first website and the platform. When I open the Amplitude Chrome extension and navigate to the "API Options" tab, I see data for the first website but everything is blank for the platform.

Any ideas on why this might not be working?
