We currently have 3 partners, AD agency, Airbridge(MMP), and Amplitude.
Meanwhile, we asked AD agency to target optimized users and show our AD then analyzed the attribution (finding campaign which attributes to main In-app event such as purchase).
On the other hand, we were trying to track users behavior more specifically through Amplitude, based on React-Native SDK.
So there were two different data source, Airbridge and Amplitude and the problem is, the data is duplicated. For example, If purchasing activity is occured, Amplitude perceives that there are two purchasing event. Because of this duplication problem, we’ve seen bubbled data.
I think it happens because of ID-matching problem. In Amplitude event(from React-Native data source), there is no User ID. There’s only Amplitude ID so the data cannot be matched with Airbridge data. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you !
