I’m looking at some funnels grouped by device family and I’m seeing a value of ‘K’ for a good percent of them (~20ish). Not sure what’s going on or how to debug.

Is this the default '[Amplitude] Device family' user property that is captured by your instrumented SDK?
As per this post, the '[Amplitude] Device family' and '[Amplitude] Device type' values are based on a custom mapping that they do on encountering new devices. These might not be added to the existing mappings.
Also, can you try creating an event seg chart for Any Event grouped by device type and OS and filtered on Device Family = ‘K’? This will help to breakdown what possible combinations are being captured and help in further debugging.
We’ve seen this “K” value too…given we still have Google Analytics running, we’ve been able to cross-check against that and it appears that it’s an Android mobile device (in GA it presents as the “Wiko K-KOOL”).
