Hi!

We’d like clarification on the following from the Behavioural Cohorts API docs:

For Growth and Enterprise plans, the Behavioral Cohorts Download API has a limit of 500 requests per month.

Are we correct in thinking this limit counts only for requests to the /api/5/cohorts/request/{requestId}/file endpoint?

Then in the same document:

For large cohorts, you must download the data. If the cohort is large, the response redirects with a 302 response code to a pre-signed Amazon S3 download URL.

Can you clarify what exactly counts as a “large cohort”? We’ve done some testing with > 1 million users in the cohort and the data was still returned within the response body.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Adam
