Hello,

We are unable to add the source when creating a new event. In most default events we use the source amplitude-js-gtm which works fine there. But we cannot select any source when creating a new event.  Also editing the source in existing events doesn’t seem possible.

For other events we’re receiving tons of data but this issue prevents us to measure the event Element Clicked, which is pretty important ;-]

Is ‘Element Clicked’ a default event? It looks like the only default event without a source. See screenshots.

We’re using the Amplitude Analytics Browser SDK in GTM and are currently on the Amplitude free starter plan.

 

Has somebody an idea what would cause this? Any advice would be really appreciated!

Hey Lennart, curious what you’re hoping to achieve by adding this information? What are you hoping to do with it once it’s in there?

Hi Beth, thanks for you response. Currently we don’t see any clicks at all in our Amplitude dashboards. So we’re missing all conversions, a lot of actions and insight in how users navigate our application. And this issue blocks us from creating any funnel.
