I had to delete the event "[Amplitude] Application Backgrounded" because it was triggering 30x/user/day, but I would like to keep “[Amplitude] Application Installed".
When you delete an event, Amplitude says “You should also update your instrumentation to stop sending the deleted event type (https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/play2pay/chart/spv718cg/edit/s9rk1iev?source=copy+url) but AFAIK, there’s no way to update the SDK instrumentation (using appLifeCycles = false) without also blocking “[Amplitude] Application Installed", correct?
