I want to calculate the average of total events triggered not a user level but at a parameter level (tour_id). Is there a way to do this?

Are you looking to answer the question - Of all the Tours Booked, what’s the average bookings per tour?
So essentially, total booking events/ number of distinct tour ids ?
If yes, then you can try TOTALS(B)/PROPCOUNT(A) as shown in this demo chart.
Let me know if that works out logically.
