Hi everyone,

Please see an attached screenshot of my visual labeling mode.

How can I change between navigate and label without pressing the button?

I opened a dropdown in my site in a navigate mode but when pressing label the dropdown closes. I tried to press Ctrl with the + button but it makes the resolution of my screen bigger…. Am I missing something here?

If I understand correctly, you would like to select one of the element of the dropdown correct?

Would you be able to send me the html code of the dropdown so I can trouble shoot on my side and see If I can select one of the element.

I noticed that for a select I don't succeed to select the option inside the select but only the select itself, I am reaching out to our engineer regarding this one if this is expected behavior.

I just got an answer from the engineer team that might have some tips:


> I’m assuming in this dropdown is closing when you change modes? You can switch between navigate and selection mode using ctrl+/ which should allow you to select items in a dropdown

Apologies for the late reply.

Unfortunately it does not work, the ctrl+/ method. It does not change the mode.

I also opened a ticket on the issue.
