Users who perform event vs users who didn't

Hi guys, so I’m struggling with this. I have a funnel with conversion over time selected

I want to see how it performs for users who previously have not performed an event. I can do currently on amplitude “Users who perform 1 or more events before”, but not users who haven’t performed that event before

Any ideas how to achieve this?

Hey @juan.velasquez ,
From what I understand, you want to analyze the funnel of events for users who haven’t performed a specific event ?

If that’s the case, you can either use a user segment or a behavioral cohort ( if you are on a paid plan ) in your funnel chart.

User Segment for users who haven’t performed a certain event; can also use “<1” here and the desired timeframe

Cohort for users who haven’t performed a certain event within the desired timeframe

Let me know if I have interpreted your use case correctly. Hope this helps!

Saish summed it up perfectly! To add onto that answer we have a help center article on this topic utilizing the paid feature Behavioral Cohorts:

Hope this helps!
