As per the below post, dated 4 months ago, the Hubspot integration wasn’t available on the Starter Plan and might have needed to be specially enabled for your account.
Not sure if this is still the case, but your issue might be related to this.
Thanks @Saish Redkar , it seems that is correct.
I spoke with the teams and it is now enabled on our account.
One thing that I feel is worth mentioning is that even after you enable and connect them, there is still a prerequisite step of setting up ‘email’ as a filed in Amplitude, in order to connect them together and map the fields that will be passed.
