I’m trying to get a list of visitors that includes their device ID. These visitors don’t have user IDs, so device ID is the only way to identify them. Strangely, I see that device ID isn’t included as a column in cohort exports. The advice on previous Community questions says to use device ID as a filter or group-by in a segmentation chart as a workaround, but that property isn’t showing up for me (see screenshot below). Does anyone know how I can get this list?

...which makes think either 1) it could be a bug on your account or 2) perhaps it’s only available for certain tiers (we’re on Enterprise).
We’re also on Enterprise, so that’s definitely not the issue. Time for a bug ticket!
