Hi, I’m trying to setup an NPS survey top run across my paid customer base. This includes 9 languages and roughly 15K paid accounts. I’m struggling a bit with the Trigger and Limit settings as they’re not working as I expected based on the descriptions. In a perfect world I’d want the nps survey to pop up a few times a month if they’re dismissing it but if they complete it I’d like it to pause or snooze for 90 days.

Does anyone have an NPS setup that’s working great for them? or had similar issues with understanding triggers and limits?

Hi Cody,

At this time, this would be a feature request as we don't support this entire scenario. To continue to show the survey a few times a month if a user just ignores or dismisses it, a workaround would be to leave the 'Stop showing when dismissed' box unchecked and enable Cooldown to only show 2-3 times per month (or whichever time interval you see fit).

However we currently don't support having users start seeing it again in 90 days once completed.

I’m considering another work around.  If my Dev team can figure out a way to show if someone completed this NPS survey and the last completed date. We make those an attribute.  I could then create my trigger based on - last_nps_survey_date - and add this to my trigger filters..  so main audience and last_nps_survey_date greater than 90 days ago.
