Hi, I’m trying to setup an NPS survey top run across my paid customer base. This includes 9 languages and roughly 15K paid accounts. I’m struggling a bit with the Trigger and Limit settings as they’re not working as I expected based on the descriptions. In a perfect world I’d want the nps survey to pop up a few times a month if they’re dismissing it but if they complete it I’d like it to pause or snooze for 90 days.
Does anyone have an NPS setup that’s working great for them? or had similar issues with understanding triggers and limits?
